Bluebird Paints Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the financial activities of our group of companies. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

1. **Financial Strategy and Planning:**

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the group of companies.

- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to provide insights for decision-making.

 

2. **Financial Management:**

- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the group.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

 

3. **Financial Reporting:**

- Prepare and present regular financial reports to the senior management and board of directors.

- Provide accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

 

4. **Risk Management:**

- Assess and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.

- Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

 

5. **Taxation and Compliance:**

- Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements for the group of companies.

- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

 

6. **Team Leadership:**

- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Foster professional growth and development among team members.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA is a plus).

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including SAP Business One (preferred).

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
