Finance Executive

Description:

Sohaib Group is looking for a Finance Executive to oversee financial operations at its food manufacturing plant. The role involves financial planning, cost management, budgeting, compliance, and strategic business support to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to aid decision-making.
✔ Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize plant expenses and increase profitability.
✔ Budgeting & Forecasting: Work closely with plant leadership to create and manage budgets and financial reports.
✔ Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights.
✔ Capital Expenditure Analysis: Evaluate and recommend capital investment projects to ensure business alignment.
✔ Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Business Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CMA preferred).

✔ Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in finance, with expertise in financial analysis and business partnering.

✔ Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong grasp of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial modeling.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial management software (SAP/ERP preferred).
