Description:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and credit control. This includes monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with clients on overdue payments, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update detailed records of agreements and received invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily accessible. This involves organizing electronic and physical files and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Revenue Recording: Accurately record revenue from invoices and bank receipts in a timely manner, ensuring that all transactions are reflected in the financial systems. This includes reconciling accounts to ensure that records align with bank statements and other financial documentation.
  • Customer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding accounts receivable inquiries. Coordinate with customers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, addressing any concerns they may have regarding invoices or payments.
  • VAT Preparation Assistance: Assist in the preparation of VAT documentation for compliance with Middle East tax regulations. This includes gathering necessary financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring timely submission of required filings.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Facilitate communication between teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts. Analyze data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improving collections and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve accounts receivable processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on best practices and implement changes as necessary to optimize the function.
