Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in finance and a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform financial analysis and generate forecasts
- Manage accounts payable and treasury matters
- Assist in fixed assets preparation including acquisition, disposal and
- activities
- Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile findings with accounting
- records
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial
- regulations
- Support the finance team in conducting internal audits and resolving
- discrepancies
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Prepare and process payroll
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Preferably for additional certifications Part qualified ICMA/CA/ACCA Finalist
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
- Sound knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate active management skills with ability to build and maintain
- effective relationship
