Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Implement audit recommendations to enhance financial control and integrity.
  • Have a strong grip on Book Keeping Principles
  • Generate and distribute financial reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial results to support decision-making.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of Experience in relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software like MS Excel and Quick Book.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
