Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily field visits for meaningful connections with farmers fostering a deep understanding of their needs and challenges to generate product demand.
• Enlighten farmers on the benefits and optimal utilization techniques of water-soluble fertilizer products, empowering them to harness the full potential of our offerings.
• Strategically conducting field trials featuring fertigation plans, documenting and presenting tangible results to local farmers, thereby showcasing the transformative potential of kali fertilizers.
• Offer comprehensive technical support and expert advice to farmers,
• Organize and deliver weekly training sessions and captivating demonstrations for farmers and retailers, equipping them with insights of water-soluble fertilizers.
• Nurture enduring relationships with key stakeholders within the Market, fostering mutual growth.
• Prepare daily activity reports and comprehensive progress updates, furnishing the management team with actionable insights.
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries for unparalleled customer service excellence.
• Uphold record-keeping practices, documenting activities

Qualification and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Soil science.

Proven Experience in Agricultural sales or Field Development Roles.

Strong Knowledge of fertilizer Products and Agronomic Principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to Work Independently and as a part of Team.

Proficiency in Microsoft.

Willingness to Travel Extensively.
