Job Description:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to Customers and Clients.

Identify the needs of customer, resolve issues and provide Solutions.

Persuade the customer to schedule a visit with our sales team by highlighting the personalized insights and tailored solutions

Meet personal and team targets.

Maintaining Records of Conversations with Customer and analyze data.

Write and submit reports timely on performance, targets, and customer queries.

Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
