We are a high-end fashion brand looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead the production side of our business. The ideal candidate will translate designer-created concepts into beautifully crafted garments, focusing on Western cuts, high-quality materials, and intricate embroidery techniques.
What You’ll Do:
Production Coordination:
- Translate detailed tech packs and design concepts from Western designers into actionable instructions for manufacturers, ensuring the designs align with the brand's aesthetic and quality expectations.
- Act as the primary point of communication between Western designers and manufacturing units, addressing questions, clarifying details, and ensuring smooth and accurate execution.
- Ensure that Western design techniques and standards are effectively communicated and upheld throughout the production process.
Embellishment Ownership:
- Take full responsibility for all embellishment elements, including embroidery, beadwork, and other intricate details, ensuring alignment with the brand’s high standards.
- Coordinate with skilled embroidery artisans to achieve the desired craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Material Sourcing:
- Research and procure the finest materials and trims, providing expert recommendations tailored to each design.
- Build and maintain relationships with reliable material suppliers to ensure consistent quality and availability.
Quality Assurance:
- Supervise sample production and review prototypes to ensure they match the design vision and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough quality checks during various stages of production, ensuring no compromise in craftsmanship.
Logistical Oversight
- Independently manage travel to factories, markets, and suppliers to oversee production processes and secure high-quality materials.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and finished garments by coordinating closely with all production stakeholders.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends in Western fashion, fabrics, and trims to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the brand's offerings through unique materials and techniques.
What You Bring:
- Educational Background: Educated in fashion production, textiles, or garment manufacturing from a recognised institution with exposure to Western techniques. ( Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply )
- Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Western garment construction, high-quality tailoring, and embellishment techniques.
- Network: Established connections with embroidery artisans, fabric vendors, and trim suppliers.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing production processes for a high-end fashion brand.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with designers to ensure their creative vision is executed flawlessly.
