Sitara Studio is looking for a talented and responsible Fashion Designer (Eastern Wear) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for fashion design, trend forecasting, and modern aesthetics while possessing excellent technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Research and analyze industry trends to create innovative Eastern wear designs
🔹 Develop seasonal collections while keeping up with modern aesthetics and local audience preferences
🔹 Provide inspiration and fashion trend forecasting in Pakistan's fashion industry
🔹 Work closely with masters, stitchers, and embroidery teams to ensure high-quality production
🔹 Collaborate with the design and production team to bring creative concepts to life
🔹 Ensure timely execution of designs while maintaining brand identity

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Education: Fashion Designing degree from a renowned institute (Candidates from PIFD preferred)
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year working with a renowned brand
✅ Technical Skills:
✔ Strong research skills and a modern design aesthetic
✔ Expert knowledge of Eastern women's wear fashion trends
✔ Ability to lead and manage workers, including masters, stitchers, and embroidery teams
✔ Positive and professional attitude with excellent communication skills
