AHSANNAZIR, located in Lahore, operates at the intersection of couture and ready-to-wear to create luxury clothing with a timeless style. Each piece celebrates the traditions of fine fashion and design culture of Pakistan, offering a contemporary take on femininity. Unique fabrics are hand-designed at AHSANNAZIR studio to create garments with unexpected combinations of softness and structure, minimalism and maximalism. The aim is to develop pieces that can be cherished, passed between friends, and restyled to express individuality.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion trends and research fabrics, colors, and patterns.

Design Development : Create sketches based on design briefs and assist in developing design concepts.

Technical Design: Use design software to create technical drawings and collaborate with pattern makers for production.

Fabric & Material Selection: Help choose fabrics and materials for designs, and liaise with suppliers.

Collaboration: Work with other team members (pattern makers, sample makers) and communicate with clients and marketing teams.

Prototyping & Sampling: Participate in creating prototypes and make adjustments during fittings.

Documentation: Maintain organized design records and assist in preparing presentations.

Market Analysis: Analyze trends and competitor products to inform design decisions.

Adaptation: Modify designs based on feedback from senior designers or clients.

Learning & Development: Stay updated on design tools and techniques, attend workshops to improve skills.

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's in Fashion Design or Textile Design.

Strong technical understanding of garment production.

Proficient in Excel and design software (Adobe photoshop / illustrator)

Good communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently or in a team, managing multiple tasks.
