Key Responsibilities
- Department Establishment: Develop and structure key ACCA departments, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
- Academic Strategy: Design and implement a robust academic framework for Skills and Professional levels of ACCA.
- Faculty Recruitment & Training: Identify, recruit, and train faculty members to deliver high-quality ACCA education.
- Student Support & Engagement: Develop student-centered initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and retention.
- Marketing & Admissions: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote ACCA programs and attract students.
- Quality Assurance: Implement ACCA-compliant policies and ensure continuous improvement of academic standards.
- Industry Collaboration: Establish partnerships with businesses and professional bodies to provide career opportunities for ACCA students.
