📋 Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on sales orders and coordinate with the factory to ensure timely production and delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, requirements, and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely feedback.
  • Assist in market research and customer relationship management.

📌 Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in the manufacturing or trading industries is a plus.
