Key Responsabilities:

- Devise and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligning with specific objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
- Supervise the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implement strategies for social media channels through both organic and paid methods.
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, guiding the team in refining strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Proficiently manage paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Develop and oversee budget allocation for paid campaigns, optimizing expenditure to achieve maximum results and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Keep the team well-informed about the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure that social media profiles remain current and optimized.
Requirements:
- Previous Digital Marketing Experience: A proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, preferably in progressively responsible positions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or market in which your organization operates.
- Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
