Key Responsabilities:

 

  • Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, establishing clear objectives, offering strategic direction, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work atmosphere.
  • Devise and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligning with specific objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Supervise the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Implement strategies for social media channels through both organic and paid methods.
  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, guiding the team in refining strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Proficiently manage paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and oversee budget allocation for paid campaigns, optimizing expenditure to achieve maximum results and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Keep the team well-informed about the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure that social media profiles remain current and optimized.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous Digital Marketing Experience: A proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, preferably in progressively responsible positions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or market in which your organization operates.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Content Strategy: Experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies.
  • Team Management: Previous experience in supervising and mentoring a team of digital marketers.
  • ROI Focus: A history of achieving measurable and positive return on investment (ROI) from digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing international clients and brands is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities.
