This contract-based role is perfect for a results-driven digital marketer who excels in audience targeting, campaign optimization, and strategic ad planning.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns for real estate and eCommerce clients
✔ Conduct detailed audience research and develop strategic targeting approaches
✔ Create high-converting ad creatives and copy, with landing page recommendations
✔ Monitor and optimize ad performance using data-driven insights
✔ A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize conversions
✔ Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure a strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
✔ Stay updated on Facebook Ads trends, policies, and algorithm updates
✔ Provide monthly reports and performance insights

Requirements:

📌 Proven experience running successful Facebook ad campaigns for:
✔ Real Estate (Buyer/Seller Leads)
✔ eCommerce (Shopify, DTC brands, Dropshipping)
📌 Expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking
📌 Strong copywriting and ad creative skills for high engagement
📌 Experience in Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, and Full-Funnel Marketing
📌 Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Analytics
📌 Ability to work independently on project-based assignments and meet deadlines
📌 Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
