We are a growing export-focused organization seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Specialist to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in exporting products such as sports goods, beauty products, dental instruments, and leather goods to global markets including the US, UK, Europe, Africa, and Australia.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute export strategies to achieve sales targets in international markets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients through established relationships and networks.
• Manage the complete export process, including negotiations, documentation, shipping, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with the production team to align supply with export demands.
• Stay updated on global market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in export sales of sports goods, beauty products, dental instruments, or leather goods.
• Client Network: Ready client list with established relationships in the export market.
• Market Knowledge: Proven expertise in exporting to regions like the US, UK, Europe, Africa, and Australia.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent knowledge of export documentation, compliance, and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
