Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Export to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the export operations of the company, ensuring timely delivery of products to international clients, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the export process, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and logistics.
- Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to optimize costs and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws of relevant countries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to export transactions.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's export portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and finance, to streamline export processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in international trade.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in export management, preferably in the Surgical/Medical Device sector.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving export targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
