We are looking for “Export Manager” for Head Office to Develop international market for FAST products & services.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company’s international sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure effective sales planning and execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements with international clients/business partners.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and international business practices.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend meetings, and conduct business negotiations.
- Lead and motivate a team of international sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer. A Master’s degree in Marketing would be a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good written & verbal communication skills

- Proficient in conducting data.
- Can work independently.
- Familiarity with international business sales methodologies.
