Rehman Habib Consultants (RHC) is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join as Expert Relationship Manager (Talent Acquisition). This role will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent management. The selected candidate will play a key role in building a strong employer brand while ensuring efficient and data-driven hiring processes to attract top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and streamline end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in talent acquisition.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams, hiring managers, and external candidates.
✅ Enhance employer branding efforts to attract high-quality talent and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
✅ Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring decisions and recruitment processes.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and evolving recruitment best practices to keep the process competitive and effective.

Qualification:
MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.

Skills Required:
✔ Strong strategic thinking and ability to align recruitment with business goals.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with leadership and candidates.
✔ Expertise in recruitment platforms, employer branding, and data analytics tools.
✔ In-depth understanding of recruitment challenges in engineering consultancy/services sector.
✔ Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
