We are looking for an Experienced Virtual Assistant to support our US-based business clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with business owners to manage their day-to-day administrative tasks and provide valuable support to ensure smooth business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence and maintain inbox organization.
  • Perform data entry, record keeping, and database management.
  • Conduct online research and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Provide customer service support when required.
  • Assist with document creation and proofreading.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant online tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Previous experience working with US clients is a plus.
