Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry and Cake Baking Chef with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the baking industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop a wide range of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Ensure all products meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Innovate new recipes and continuously improve existing ones.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the bakery’s standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Cake Baking Chef in a professional setting.
