We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Amazon Kinesis Video Streams (KVS) to join our team in a fractional, remote role. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for individuals with deep expertise in KVS and video management systems. The position offers the flexibility to work across multiple priorities while delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Kinesis Video Streams (KVS):
• Leverage KVS to ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable video data streaming, storage, and processing.
• Optimize workflows for video ingestion, storage, and playback using KVS.
• Design and implement processes for seamless video conversion, particularly from RTSP to HTTPS, to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve our Video Management System (VMS).
• Optimize video storage management systems for efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to projects in a fractional capacity, managing multiple priorities effectively while aligning with team goals.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in Amazon Kinesis Video Streams (KVS).
• Strong understanding of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) principles.
• Experience with video storage management and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in video protocol conversion, specifically RTSP to HTTPS.
