Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in using Upwork and Guru platforms for business development.
• Create compelling proposals and pitches to attract clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Operations / Support or - Customer Service role, preferably within the IT Software industry.
• Proficiency in using Fiverr and Upwork platforms for business development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Education: Intermediate / O-levels / A-level / Graduate.
