We are looking for a motivated and skilled Bidder with expertise in handling Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and convincing skills, a proven track record of generating leads, and the ability to secure projects through various online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Bidding on Platforms:
- Create and manage bids on Fiverr, Upwork, and similar platforms to win projects.
- Craft personalized and effective proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate professionally with potential clients to understand their project needs.
- Negotiate terms, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent follow-ups and support.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through alternative channels.
- Leverage LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms to generate leads.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the team to manage expectations.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated with market trends to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Keep track of competitor activities on freelance platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bidder on Fiverr, Upwork, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing power and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in market research and trend analysis.
