Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with international clients and team members via email, meetings, and calls.
- Write clear, concise, and tailored content for different audiences (emails, user stories, process documentation, etc.).
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high quality.
- Translate complex information into easy-to-understand formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in data processing, marketing, or client management (more experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-leadership and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
