B.A/ Masters degree (Preferably)
● Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and employees.
Handle and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Maintain and archive personal and company official and confidential documents
Receive, maintain and distribute mail.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Manage travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Devise and maintain office filing system
