Executive – Products & Inventory

Description:

SIAR Digital is looking for an Executive – Products & Inventory to manage data uploads, maintain accuracy across multiple Shopify stores, and ensure the smooth operation of product-related tasks. This role will require a strong attention to detail, the ability to handle bulk product uploads, and problem-solving capabilities to manage discrepancies across product data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently upload bulk product data via CSV files to Shopify stores.
• Manually upload and update product images across various Shopify stores.
• Monitor, identify, and rectify discrepancies in product descriptions, features, and store information.
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of store content.
• Prepare reconciliation reports to track product data changes.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably with e-commerce platforms like Shopify).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Solid understanding of Shopify stores and product management processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and data management.
