Executive Personal Assistant

 

Description:

1. Administrative Support: Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments,

preparing agendas and following up on action items, organizing travel arrangements. Coordinating and

assisting with company events and meetings as needed.

2. Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders,

handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and

promptly . Greet guest & guide them according to their purpose of visit.

3. Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit documents & presentations for

executive review. Ensure proper filing and organization of important documents

4. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security in

all interactions.

5. Office Management: Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily office operations.

6. Digital literacy: Should be proficient in Microsoft office operations.

 

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Business

Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Experience: 3 to 4 Years
