Description:

We are seeking a highly disciplined, organized, and tech-savvy Office Administrator. This role is ideal for a recently retired ex-army junior commissioned officer, preferably at the rank of Captain or Major, looking to transition into a dynamic and challenging role in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Handle communication and correspondence with internal teams and external clients.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical office records.
  • Assist in project management and scheduling.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recently retired from the military at the rank of Captain or Major.
  • Strong background in administrative and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
