Executive Hr - Payroll

 

Description:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time using SAP.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deductions.
  • Update records for new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status or benefits.
  • Generate pay slips and handle queries related to payroll discrepancies.

Education & Experience Required:

  • BBA, MBA HR
  • Minimum 02 years experience in HR operations & Payroll Management.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP for payroll processing.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
