A well-reputed Chemical Manufacturing company in Karachi is seeking a Finance Executive (Treasury/Bank Borrowing) to manage financial documentation and treasury functions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bank borrowing activities, including bank visits and strong command over financial documentation (BBFS, LFA, BR for bank facilities, Form A & 29).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Finance in all treasury and bank borrowing activities.
• Manage bank borrowing processes and documentation efficiently.
• Coordinate with banks for financial facilities and ensure smooth transactions.
• Handle property mortgages while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and manage bank spreads to optimize financial operations.
• Ensure timely submission and processing of required documents.

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in bank borrowing and treasury management.
✔️ Strong knowledge of financial documentation (BBFS, LFA, BR for bank facilities, Form A & 29).
✔️ Experience in handling property mortgages and managing bank spreads.
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills for bank dealings.
