We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO office.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently, and ensuring that all commitments are met in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required by the CEO, compiling data into organized reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, executive meetings, and other corporate events, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international University.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
