Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

 

Administrative Excellence:

- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize visits.

- Handle email correspondence with professionalism and timeliness.

- Maintain and track critical documentation.

- Assist in preparing import/export documentation (preferred).

- Vendor management: Coordinate merchandise preparation and delivery.

- Support reporting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

 

Social Media Management:

- Manage social media platforms (post scheduling, engagement, etc.).

- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure compelling content is delivered on time.

- Research and incorporate trends to enhance our digital presence.

 

General Support:

- Conduct research to support organizational projects and decision-making.

- Work proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite, including MsTeams, MS Excel and PowerPoint

 

What We’re Looking For:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in an import/export company or with exposure to import documentation.
