Description:
We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant in Karachi, Pakistan to personally assist Hira Tareen with admin work involving social media outreach, client relationships, project management & content creation for the HIRU brand. There will be some crossover work between the HIRU brand and Hira Tareen’s personal brand, tasks and content. Hira Tareen is a renowned actor, media personality, and a key opinion leader in the beauty and lifestyle segment, as well as the founder of the HIRU brand. This role requires someone adaptable to various circumstances, a self-starter, fast learner, and highly organised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Hira Tareen.
- Assist in managing and coordinating daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle social media outreach to global influencers, conducting live sessions, content creation and content scheduling for Hira Tareen and the HIRU brand.
- Assist with email management, correspondence, and communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Support in organizing special shoots, projects, and events.
- Manage and update content calendars, databases, records, and files.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Handle various personal tasks and errands as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (1-3 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar Social Media or Marketing Assistant role.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Must be able to follow directions with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Trustworthy with a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
- A positive and friendly, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable means of transportation is a must.
- Willingness to work late hours for special shoots or projects.
- Ability to shoot mobile content and conduct live sessions on social media platforms is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing and creating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Content Creation Tools: Skills in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
- Communication Tools: Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
- Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Sendinblue.
- Analytics: Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta, social media insights, and other relevant metrics to track and report on performance.
- Scheduling Tools: Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
