The Client Service Executive will focus on client engagement, onboarding, and support, specifically within the Events and Advertising industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Onboarding: Actively engage with potential clients and suppliers from the Events and Advertising sectors to educate them on our platform's benefits and streamline their registration process.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless experience on our platform.
- Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, answering queries, and addressing any concerns.
- Market Insight Collection: Stay updated with trends in the Events and Advertising industry to provide relevant insights and ensure our platform is aligned with client needs.
- Product Improvement Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to help improve our platform's user experience, functionality, and value.
