Event Intern

Description:

Symphony Events is looking for a dynamic and creative intern with a flair for event management!

Responsibilities:
 

• Client servicing: Dealing with clients, creating event proposals and costings,, and making presentations.
• Event planning: Creating event layouts, brainstorming design and colour combinations, creating moodboards.
• On-ground event management: Attend and oversee event execution, take videos of set-ups, formulate insights for future events.
• Miscellaneous: Assist in the overall event planning and execution process.

Requirements:
 

• Currently enrolled or graduated from a reputable university.
• Creative flair and artistic ability.
• Presentation and graphic design skills (preferred).
• Ability to deliver quality work on-time.
