Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering from a HEC Recognized University.
- Proficiency in interpreting bid documents and technical drawings, including Plans, Sections, and Elevations.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and PlanSwift, especially Excel, and Google Sheets for accurate calculations and graphical data analysis.
- A minimum of six months& 1 year of hands-on experience in the Estimation Field is preferred.
- Strong project management skills to oversee construction projects effectively.
- Familiarity with bid management processes, and cost-controlling strategies.
