Erp/it Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an ERP and IT Specialist to enhance our operations and drive efficiency across our restaurants through advanced software solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems tailored to OBHG's unique needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with operational goals.

- Ensure smooth integration of ERP with existing systems and workflows.

- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades for scalability and security.

- Train team members across departments on system functionalities and best practices.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure operational continuity.

- Work closely with external vendors and service providers for software updates and maintenance.

- Document system configurations, processes, and changes comprehensively.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years experience in ERP and IT
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo)
• Strong analytical & project management skills
• Proficiency in IT systems & solutions
