Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and management of ERP implementation projects.

Configure and customize the ERP system to meet organizational needs.

Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful ERP integration.

Maintain relationships with ERP vendors and third-party service providers.

Provide training, support, and troubleshooting to system users.

Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the ERP system.

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Manage the ERP budget and allocate resources effectively.

Align ERP initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an ERP Manager or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., ERP next, Microsoft 365) and their implementation.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful ERP deployments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics tools.

Knowledge of compliance and security best practices.
