Entomologist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Entomologist - IPM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entomology and integrated pest management, with a focus on providing innovative solutions to our clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conduct site visits to assess pest infestations and develop effective IPM strategies

- Identify insect pests and develop management plans to minimize economic losses

- Collaborate with clients to understand their pest management needs and provide tailored solutions

- Develop and implement IPM programs that incorporate cultural, biological, and chemical controls

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IPM programs and make recommendations for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in entomology and IPM

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Pest Management, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IPM, preferably in the services industry

- Strong knowledge of entomology, IPM principles, and pest management practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
