Description:
We are looking for Enterprise Sales Specialist with corporate sales experience, preferably selling in to HR, Accounts and L&D departments, so you can speak the language of our customers. As a Sales Specialist your primary responsibility will be to attract new corporate clients, retain existing customers and seek sales growth opportunities within existing client network.
The right candidate will be confident, easy going, quick learner, have excellent communication skills and good with technology solutions. Your success will have direct impact on company’s growth and a great opportunity to make both base and commission earnings.
Responsibilities:
· Prospect into new accounts to sell the company’s platform via telephone or email to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
· Generate prospective customers through corporate demand generation programs, cold calling, and warm calling.
· Conduct product demo sessions with prospect clients.
· Coordinate with customer support and marketing team to answer customer queries.
· Build a healthy sales pipeline.
· Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
Requirements
· Number driven and analytical; must have an understanding of the B2B sales process.
· Familiarity with CRM systems for sales management is desirable.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/IT or related fields.
· At least 2 years of telesales or corporate sales experience.
