Enterprise Resources Planning (erp) Specialist

Kounteq, a fast-growing data analytics company specializing in Finance and Operations, is seeking a highly skilled ERP Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial in implementing ERP solutions, managing client interactions, and supporting project execution. You will work closely with clients, analyze data, optimize workflows, and provide real-time insights through our innovative platform, Qurk. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Execute ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
✔ Analyze client data, assist in data cleanup, and upload data into new systems
✔ Review financial data, create tasks, and ensure completion by team members
✔ Gain expertise in Kounteq’s app stack and various ERP applications
✔ Learn and onboard third-party integration apps (e.g., Zapier, Cartrover)
✔ Train and onboard clients on ERP systems and process improvements
✔ Document processes and procedures for both clients and internal reference
✔ Maintain procedure documentation for Kounteq’s operations

Requirements:

✔ 4+ years of ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar preferred)
✔ 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, project management, or finance
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a numerate field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Accounting)
✔ Strong understanding of data and project management applications (e.g., Asana)
✔ Basic knowledge of API connectivity and integrations (not mandatory but advantageous)
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
✔ Fluent in English with strong writing and documentation skills
✔ Passion for startups and continuous innovation
