Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

Description:

Collaborate with our clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert consultation on how our ERP software can address their needs effectively.

Conduct in-depth analyses of client workflows, existing systems, and data to recommend and implement ERP solutions tailored to each client's unique business environment.

Lead ERP system installations, configurations, and customizations, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and software applications.

Conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to identify and rectify any bugs or issues, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.

Train end-users and key stakeholders on ERP functionalities, best practices, and system maintenance to ensure maximum utilization and ROI.

Provide ongoing technical support and post-implementation assistance to clients, resolving any queries or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com/M.com) or a related field.

Proven experience (1 years) as an ERP Consultant, preferably working with major accounts and large-scale ERP software implementations.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and major modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR) along with their integration with external systems.

Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating client needs into functional ERP solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Willingness to travel to client sites as required for project implementations and support.
