Job Description;

1. Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
3. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
4. Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize impact on production schedules.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the maintenance department.
8. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation, including equipment maintenance schedules and repair histories.
9. Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics, implementing measures to address any issues or concerns.
10. Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in maintenance management

Education and Experience Requirement;

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering from a reputable University, (a Master’s degree and or PMP would be a plus)

At least 9 to 12 years of proven engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Multinational FMGC or Packaging industry (aluminum metal packaging background would be ideal) Knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, standards, and machine and equipment capabilities.
