Motive’s Enablement Team plays a critical role in strategic implementation, ensuring that frontline team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

We are hiring an Enablement Business Partner for Expansion Sales, who will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and executing training initiatives for Account Executives (AEs) within the Expansion Sales team. This role involves analyzing rep performance, identifying skill gaps, and designing tailored training programs to enhance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Performance Monitoring & Training Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Expansion AEs to ensure training content meets their needs.
  • Analyze multiple data sources (dashboards, interviews, team meetings) to identify performance gaps.
  • Lead the launch of initiatives across Expansion Sales, including methodologies (e.g., BANT), new products, and process enhancements.
  • Develop training calendars, roadmaps, and competency maps for Expansion AEs.

📢 Sales Enablement & Coaching

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs using adult learning theories.
  • Co-design and evaluate onboarding programs for new Expansion AEs.
  • Define success metrics for ramp-up time, training impact, and performance improvement.
  • Coach managers on optimizing team performance through data-driven insights.

📊 Strategic Thought Leadership

  • Serve as a thought leader on sales best practices and instructional design.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels to enhance learning & development strategies.
  • Influence organizational training with expertise in ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s model, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D, or Training roles within a high-growth, B2B SaaS organization.
✅ Experience in Expansion or Upper-Mid Market SaaS Sales (including some management experience).
✅ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and visualize data for performance evaluation.
✅ Proven success in Sales or Business Development with a track record of driving revenue growth.
✅ Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
✅ Ability to build relationships and influence teams across all levels.
✅ Expertise in learning models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s, Maslow’s hierarchy, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
✅ Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, proactively solving challenges.
