Email Support Specialist

 

Description:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various channels

such as email or chat.

• Managing and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a

positive and empathetic attitude.

• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about products or services offered by 

the company.

• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for reference and 

analysis.

• Offering solutions and suggestions to customers to enhance their experience with the company’s 

products or services.

• Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers where appropriate.

• Collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, or Marketing, to provide

the best possible customer experience.

• Continuously developing knowledge and skills related to the company’s products, services, and 

procedures, in order to provide the highest quality customer support.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Full Time Position (onsite)
  • Work hours will be between 7am to 4pm MT (Mon-Fri) Mountain time US
  • PKR 80,000 - PKR 120,000 plus a number of fun benefits!
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and HubSpot (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer centric roles
