Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and segmenting audiences.

•Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

•Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.

•Utilize email marketing tools such as Elastic Email or Instantly for campaign automation and optimization.

•Implement email warmup techniques to ensure high deliverability rates.

•Use email verification tools to maintain clean and accurate email lists.

•Generate and qualify leads through targeted email marketing campaigns.

•Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

•Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

•Collaborate with the content team to ensure email content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

•Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends and tools.

•Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of email campaigns and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

•Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.

•Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Elastic Email, Instantly) and tools for email automation and optimization.

•Experience with email warmup techniques and email verification processes.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

•Proficiency in CRM maintenance and management.

•Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads through email marketing.
