We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in frontend and backend development, design, UI & UX, and will be familiar with platforms like Apollo, Bark, and others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.

- Design email templates with a strong focus on UI/UX to enhance customer engagement.

- Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics to ensure targeted messaging.

- Perform A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with the frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of email campaigns with our website and other platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, design, and customer engagement.

- Utilize tools like Apollo, Bark, and other email marketing platforms to manage and track campaigns.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in email marketing, particularly in B2B and B2C settings.

- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.

- Proficiency in designing email templates with a focus on UI/UX.

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Apollo, Bark, and others.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
