Description:

As an Email Marketing Specialist at LaunchBox Pakistan, you will be responsible for developing and implementing email marketing strategies to engage our target audience, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content, optimize performance campaigns, and analyze key metrics to continually improve our email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our services, special offers, and product launches.

⦁ Create engaging email content including copy, graphics, and calls-to-action that resonate with our target audience.

⦁ Manage email marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized and timely messages to subscribers.

⦁ Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria to optimize targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.

⦁ Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

⦁ Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure consistency and quality across all email communications.

⦁ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and regulations to maintain compliance and maximize results.

Requirements:

⦁ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

⦁ Proven experience in email marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and results.

⦁ Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.

⦁ Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.

⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
