Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, and scheduling.
- Manage and segment the customer database to ensure accurate targeting and personalization of email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to continuously optimize performance and drive higher engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.
- Maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, strategies, and metrics.
- Proficient in using email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor and interpret email campaign performance metrics.
