Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals and brand strategy.
- Manage email subscriber lists, ensuring segmentation and targeting for maximum impact.
- Craft compelling email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
- Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
- Utilize email marketing automation tools to create and schedule drip campaigns and nurture workflows.
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and identify opportunities for improvement through A/B testing.
- Maintain CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance for all email communications.
- Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Generate reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective email copy.
